QUALITY ANALYSIS

In order to carry out our quality checkings, we realize the following analyses:

  • Sensory analysis of color, smell, appearance, and taste,
  • Physical analysis of foreign matter and bulk density,
  • Chemical analysis of volatile oil and moisture analysis in our labs.

In pesticide, PA, microbiology and allergen (gluten) analysis, we work with accredited labs. System verifications are carried out through analysis which are performed in accredited labs periodically.

Against the risk of adulteration, we continue our investigations and measures in all controls, from the raw material to the final product.
